Q. Do you ship to an APO or P.O. Box?
Yes we do, your package will be sent through USPS.
Q. Can I pick my order up at your location?
You sure can, simply click the store pickup option under the shipping menu.
Q. Will you combine shipping on multiple orders?
Yes, simply send us a message that you will have multiple orders and would like shipping combined.
Q. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided. Be sure to check any spam folders as they sometimes end up there.
Q. Do you ship fluids i.e oil, coolant, transmission fluid?
Yes, standard shipping applies.
Q. Do you ship airbags and batteries?
No, they are considered hazmat and are available for pick up only.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently do not offer internationally. We hope to change this in the future.
Q. Do I have to order through the website?
Yes, starting 10/14/13 all orders must be placed through the website to get the discount pricing. This is to protect against fraud.
Q. Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, sales tax is applied to Ohio residents.
Q. My old account login no longer works.
We recently switched over to a new web host. Unfortunately we were not able to transfer account information. A new account will need to be created.
Q. Can I pay with another method besides PayPal.
No. Unfortunately due to recent credit card fraud we can only accept payment through PayPal.
Q. Can I get a price quote, I already have the part numbers?
The easiest way to get a quick quote is by shopping by part number or multiple part numbers. This will give you the most up to date pricing.
Q. What kind of products do you have?
We sell both BMW and Mini genuine factory parts. We do not have anything aftermarket.
Q. What kind of warranty do you offer on your parts?
BMW and Mini both offer a two year unlimited mile warranty on all parts and accessories. The warranty is void if the parts are shipped outside of the United States. This is per BMW North America's policy.
Q. How can I find parts numbers for specific parts?
The website REALOEM.com is a great tool for looking up part numbers. You can also email us with the last seven digits of the vin number for the vehicle and we can look the number up for you.
Q. What is the best price you can give me for part number ......
The price listed is the best price available. Due to BMW pricing structure they will not allow us to negotiate a lower price.
Q. What is a core charge and how do I return the core?
A core charge is something BMW charges to ensure the get the core (the part you are replacing) sent back to the factory. It is refunded once we receive your old part back. To return the core simple box it up and send it to: The BMW Store 6131 Stewart rd Cincinnati Oh 45227
Q. Can I order European parts?
We are able to order parts that are shared with U.S. spec vehicles and have been D.O.T. certified. Please ask for the availability before submitting an order for Euro spec parts.
Q. Can I order a new key for my vehicle?
Your sure can! Along with the order through the site BMW needs proof of ownership for the vehicle. BMW will need a copy of the vehicles current registration or title and a copy of the owners drivers license. They best way to get that to us is to take a picture of the documents and send them through an email. Our email is firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then submit the order to BMW.
Q. Am I able to return a key.
Unfortunately keys and other coded parts are not returnable to BMW. These are coded specifically to a vehicles vin number.
Q. How long will it take to get my key from BMW?
If the key is order before 2pm M-Thursday we typically receive it back from BMW the following day. If it is ordered on Friday we will get it on Monday. The key will ship out to you as soon as we get it from BMW.
Q. I do not have the required information, is there anything you can do for me?
Unfortunately there is not. BMW is very strict about the key ordering process, there is no way around it.
Q. Can I order a Comfort Access key?
Yes, comfort access keys are available. The key will need to be programmed by a BMW Center in order for this feature to function.
Q. Can I order a key for a vehicle outside of the United States?
Unfortunately BMW will not allows us to order a key for a vehicle that is outside of the United States.
Q. My vehicle has a salvage title. Can I still order a key?
Unfortunately we are no longer able to order keys for vehicles with a salvage title.

Q. Do you have a phone number I can call you at?
No, all correspondence is handled through the "Contact Us" or email. This is due to the large volume of inquires.
Q. Can I call the dealership for help and part ordering?
No, we are housed in the dealership and they provide us with parts. Contacting the dealership will only transfer you to the dealership Parts Department. They do not have access to our system and can not check on the status of orders. They will only be able to provide you with Dealership pricing. Please contact us through the website for help.
